You may or may not have noticed, but eating more healthily even for a few days can make you feel happier and more confident.  When I first started, the change was phenomenal!  I had felt down and sluggish for ages, but within the space of less than a week I had more energy, I wanted to get up in the morning and had a smile on my face again!

The feeling of being able to get into that dress and not dreading shopping trips (because you know nothing will fit) is amazing!
